Join fellow entrepreneurs founding high impact ventures and starting B Corps for this hands-on workshop on how to effectively create your Minimum Viable Product (MVP). You will receive custom instruction, and be able to apply the learning during the workshop to further develop your venture.
A Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is a version of a service or product that enables you to gain validated learning while spending the minimum amount of resources. You may have heard about the MVP from lean startup or customer development methodology. It’s a method that is often talked about — yet often misunderstood. That’s why this workshop exists. The workshop includes:
-A set of readings to prepare you.
-Explanation of different types of MVPs.
-Examples from successful MVPs as a way to brainstorm MVPs you could try.
-How to design MVP experiments and collect data. The biggest mistakes I see people make.
-Using metrics, such as AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue), Split-testing and Cohort Metrics as decision-making tools longer-term.
-How this fits with Social Impact.
