Geek 2 Chic was founded in 2010 and is produced by Microsoftin partnership with Bloomingdale’s. ”Geeks” from diverse walks of life wear the latest fashions as they strut the catwalk to raise funds for the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE). NFTE provides programs that inspire young people from low-income communities to stay in school, recognize business opportunities, and plan for successful futures.

This spring, Geek 2 Chic: LA takes “Silicon Beach” by storm at Bloomingdale’s Santa Monica. Tickets are limited. VIP tickets include premiere seating along the catwalk and entry to the exclusive pre-party hosted by NFTE. General Admission tickets include admission to the event. All attendees will enjoy cocktails and hor d’oeuvres courtesy of Microsoft and Bloomingdale’s. Last fall, Geek 2 Chic took place in Chicago and Washington, DC.

All proceeds from General Admission and VIP tickets, plus 10% of Bloomingdale’s sales the evening of the event, benefit NFTE.
