The U.S. Green Building Council, Los Angeles (USGBC-LA) cordially invites you to our 8th Annual Green Gala, scheduled for Friday evening, September 28, 2012, at the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, California. We are extremely excited to host this year’s Gala at the Aquarium. This premium venue is a model of sustainability, having received LEED Certification on several buildings including LEED Platinum for the Education Center. The unique venue is sure to provide a memorable evening for all.
ABOUT THE EVENING:
We are thrilled that this year’s Gala is scheduled on a Friday evening. We are certain that this Grand Evening will provide a fun-filled and rewarding networking experience for our guests. Our evening will include: a Cocktail Reception and Viewing of the many wonderful aquatic exhibits at the venue, Dinner & Program; which also includes the 2nd Annual Sustainable Innovation Awards, Hosted by Eduardo Xol, from HGTV. To further emphasize the exciting event we have planned for you; our Guest Host & Master of Ceremonies will be, none other than Mr. Darren Moore from the TV series Alter Eco. To top off the evening, Mr. Cameron Sinclair, founder of Habitat for Humanity, will deliver our Keynote address.
