We are proud to announce out newest Hub LA Partner Matt Crowley of Crowley Corporate Legal Strategy. Matt and his Associate, Andy, will be offering free weekly office hours for Hub LA members as part of our Workbench Program. Members can contact us to schedule an appointment and learn more about the legal incorporation package they offer to start-ups.

To kick off this partnership, Matt will be hosting a brown bag lunch at Hub LA on the B Corp legal structure from 12:30pm to 1:30pm, Wednesday, January 23rd. Join us on Wednesday and meet Matt and Andy afterward.

ABOUT MATT CROWLEY
Matt Crowley is a venture lawyer, with a practice focused on assisting Los Angeles entrepreneurs in creating new businesses and achieving their goals for growth. After 15 years in corporate law and providing counsel to several tech start-ups, Matt established Crowley Corporate Legal Strategy to offer corporate legal services to entrepreneurs looking to start or grow their businesses. Matt is an active member of board of the LA Venture Association (LAVA). He frequently lectures on topics related to startups, venture capital and mergers & acquisitions.
