July 30th: Hub LA Rides the Do Good Bus

I had heard of the Do Good Bus before, but they really got my attention at CicLAvia when I rode several miles behind a woman dressed as a school bus with bicycle plates that read “DoGood.”
For those of you who have never hear of it, it’s simple and their slogan says it all:

1. Hop on the bus
2. Let us wine and dine you
3. Give back to your community

It occurred to me that there wasn’t a better way in the world for Friends and Members of The Hub LA to get to know one another: sharing a meal and giving back to the city.

It didn’t take me long to reach out to Stephen Snedden, who co-founded Do Good Bus along with Rebecca Pontius and Hannah Halliwell. The stars (and our values) aligned and before we knew it, Hub LA was scheduled to hitch a ride on the Do Good Bus.

Join us on July 30th when we take off for a secret volunteer location carefully selected just for us. If you’re are a First 25 Founding Member, you ride for free!
